Spinach and salmon baskets
A delicious snack that is hard to resist. Baskets made of puff pastry contain an aromatic stuffing of spinach and smoked salmon.

Ingredients:
- 1 g white pepper
- 80 g shallots
- 275 g ready-made puff pastry
- 80 g pecorino romano
- 12 g garlic
- 50 g butter
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 200 g Cream, 18% fat
- 150 g spinach
- 60 g Oil, olive
- 100 g Salmon, smoked
Method of cooking:
- Add 80 grams of pecorino romano cheese, cut into smaller pieces (without hard rind), into the bowl. Grind for 20 seconds at speed 20. Use the spatula to move the contents of the bowl into another bowl and set aside. Add 80 grams of shallots, peeled and cut into smaller pieces, and 3 peeled garlic cloves into the bowl. Cut for 10 seconds at speed 10.
