Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 2 g marjoram
- 200 g red onion
- 275 g ready-made puff pastry
- 3 g salt
- 20 g butter
- 250 g Sauerkraut
- 20 g chicken eggs, yolk
- 70 g Oil, rapeseed
- 500 g pork sausage
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl and weigh 250 grams of drained sauerkraut cut into 1 cm pieces. Set the bowl aside.
