Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 2 g marjoram
  • 200 g red onion
  • 275 g ready-made puff pastry
  • 3 g salt
  • 20 g butter
  • 250 g Sauerkraut
  • 20 g chicken eggs, yolk
  • 70 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 500 g pork sausage

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl and weigh 250 grams of drained sauerkraut cut into 1 cm pieces. Set the bowl aside.
