Ingredients:

  • 200 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 50 g broth paste - CVR
  • 50 g green olives
  • 100 g bulgur
  • 1 g chili powder
  • 1 g lovage
  • 2 g sweet paprika
  • 50 g pickled dried tomatoes
  • 40 g pickled capers
  • 100 g Onion, raw
  • 8 g garlic
  • 800 g tmato
  • 12 g parsley leaves
  • 50 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil (drained)

Method of cooking:

  1. Put a basket on the lid of the bowl without a measuring cup and weigh out 100 grams of bulgur. Rinse the groats under cold water, drain and set aside.
