Ingredients:

  • 1000 g water
  • 1 g white pepper
  • 300 g cream 30 %
  • 1 g chili powder
  • 60 g grana padano cheese
  • 100 g gorgonzola
  • 24 g salt
  • 60 g chicken eggs, yolk
  • 350 g broccoli, green, raw
  • 300 g Salmon, raw
  • 18 g parsley leaves
  • 1 g Lemon pepper
  • 200 g whole wheat pasta

Method of cooking:

  1. Put a bowl on the lid of the bowl without a measuring cup and weigh out 300 grams of skinless salmon, cut into 3 cm cubes. Season with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon lemon pepper. In another bowl, weigh out 100 grams of gorgonzola cheese and set aside.
