Roasted garlic paste
Raw garlic is a natural antibiotic, it fights infections and inhibits the growth of bacteria. It is an irreplaceable addition to many dishes, one of the most aromatic vegetables. Baked in the shell, it has a much more delicate taste and is perfect as a spread for sandwiches, an addition to soups, sauces or meats.
