A delicious old Polish dish made from boiled potatoes and flour. They are exceptionally tasty dumplings served with bacon cracklings or smoked bacon.

Ingredients:
- 350 g water
- 12 g salt
- 600 g medium potatoes
- 100 g potato starch
Method of cooking:
- Add 600 grams of peeled potatoes cut into smaller cubes and 1 teaspoon of salt into the bowl.
