Ingredients:

  • 1200 g water
  • 1 g allspice
  • 1 g bay leaf
  • 1 g freshly ground pepper
  • 150 g Squash-summer, raw
  • 100 g Carrot
  • 18 g salt
  • 150 g leek
  • 30 g Dill
  • 500 g Salmon, raw
  • 300 g Potato, long stored
  • 150 g Cream, 30% fat
  • 60 g clarified butter

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl and weigh 300 grams of peeled potatoes cut into 1.5 cm cubes in it. Set the bowl aside.
