  • 340 g water
  • 500 g Horseradish, raw
  • 15 g sugar
  • 12 g salt
  • 70 g lemon juice

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 500 grams of horseradish, peeled and cut into 2 cm pieces, into the bowl. Grind for 20 seconds at speed 14.
