  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 30 g coriander leaves
  • 10 g lime juice
  • 350 g sweet potato
  • 50 g Onion, raw
  • 10 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 70 g butter
  • 600 g condensed coconut milk
  • 550 g Chicken, breast, without skin
  • 40 g pasta red curry

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 2 peeled garlic cloves to the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the contents down to the bottom of the mixing bowl using a spatula.
