Ingredients:
- 350 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 30 g coriander leaves
- 10 g lime juice
- 350 g sweet potato
- 50 g Onion, raw
- 10 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 70 g butter
- 600 g condensed coconut milk
- 550 g Chicken, breast, without skin
- 40 g pasta red curry
Method of cooking:
- Add 2 peeled garlic cloves to the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the contents down to the bottom of the mixing bowl using a spatula.
