Ingredients:
- 1300 g water
- 1 g freshly ground pepper
- 1 g Provencal herbs
- 100 g Onion, raw
- 150 g Squash-summer, raw
- 10 g garlic
- 100 g Carrot
- 18 g salt
- 300 g Pepper, red
- 160 g leek
- 130 g Celery
- 80 g Oil, olive
- 500 g Salmon, raw
- 15 g parsley leaves
- 150 g tomato passata
Method of cooking:
- Add ½ bunch of fresh parsley to the mixing bowl and chop for 5 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
