Ingredients:

  • 1300 g water
  • 1 g freshly ground pepper
  • 1 g Provencal herbs
  • 100 g Onion, raw
  • 150 g Squash-summer, raw
  • 10 g garlic
  • 100 g Carrot
  • 18 g salt
  • 300 g Pepper, red
  • 160 g leek
  • 130 g Celery
  • 80 g Oil, olive
  • 500 g Salmon, raw
  • 15 g parsley leaves
  • 150 g tomato passata

Method of cooking:

  1. Add ½ bunch of fresh parsley to the mixing bowl and chop for 5 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
