Ingredients:
- 800 g water
- 6 g coriander leaves
- 200 g red onion
- 50 g French mustard
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 g chili powder
- 20 g lemon juice
- 200 g Pepper, red
- 50 g honey
- 500 g Salmon, raw
- 50 g Dark soy sauce
- 3 g fish sauce
Method of cooking:
- Put a small bowl on the lid of the bowl without a measuring cup and weigh out 500 grams of skinless salmon, cut into 2-3 cm cubes, and 200 grams of your favourite cored pepper, cut into 3 cm cubes.
