  • 6 g coriander leaves
  • 200 g red onion
  • 50 g French mustard
  • 300 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 g chili powder
  • 20 g lemon juice
  • 200 g Pepper, red
  • 50 g honey
  • 500 g Salmon, raw
  • 50 g Dark soy sauce
  • 3 g fish sauce

Method of cooking:

  1. Put a small bowl on the lid of the bowl without a measuring cup and weigh out 500 grams of skinless salmon, cut into 2-3 cm cubes, and 200 grams of your favourite cored pepper, cut into 3 cm cubes.
