Ingredients:
- 12 g hot chili pepper
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 350 g grey shrimp
- 150 g chorizo sausage
- 20 g garlic
- 5 g salt
- 100 g butter
- 150 g white dry wine
- 80 g Oil, olive
- 15 g parsley leaves
Method of cooking:
- Put the first layer of the steamer on the lid of the bowl without a measuring cup and weigh out 350 grams of peeled and cleaned shrimp and set aside.
