Ingredients:

  • 2 g white pepper
  • 1 g nutmeg
  • 60 g shallots
  • 100 g ham
  • 8 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 100 g Bread crumbs
  • 100 g butter
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 150 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 500 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 200 g Oil, rapeseed

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on top of the mixing bowl lid without the measuring cup and weigh 500 grams of milk. Set aside.
