  • 150 g steamed smoked bacon
  • 275 g ready-made puff pastry
  • 20 g garlic
  • 3 g salt
  • 20 g butter
  • 360 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 500 g asparagus, raw
  • 60 g Cheese, Parmezan
  • 50 g clarified butter

Method of cooking:
