Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 80 g shallots
- 100 g cream 30 %
- 150 g steamed smoked bacon
- 275 g ready-made puff pastry
- 20 g garlic
- 3 g salt
- 20 g butter
- 360 g chicken eggs, whole
- 500 g asparagus, raw
- 60 g Cheese, Parmezan
- 50 g clarified butter
Method of cooking:
- Put a small bowl on the lid of the bowl without a measuring cup, reset the scale and weigh out 350 grams of peeled asparagus, cut into 1 cm slices.
