Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g marjoram
- 300 g Onion, raw
- 8 g salt
- 500 g chicken liver
- 50 g clarified butter
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid, reset the scale, and weigh 300 grams of peeled onion cut into 0.5 cm slices (feathers) in it. Set the bowl aside.
