Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g marjoram
  • 300 g Onion, raw
  • 8 g salt
  • 500 g chicken liver
  • 50 g clarified butter

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid, reset the scale, and weigh 300 grams of peeled onion cut into 0.5 cm slices (feathers) in it. Set the bowl aside.
