Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g white pepper
  • 50 g shallots
  • 4 g salt
  • 70 g butter
  • 360 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 200 g Pork, belly, without bone, smoked
  • 150 g leek

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 150 grams of washed, dried and chopped leek every 3 cm and 50 grams of shallot, peeled and cut into smaller pieces, into the bowl. Chop for 8 seconds at speed 10.
