Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g white pepper
- 50 g shallots
- 4 g salt
- 70 g butter
- 360 g chicken eggs, whole
- 200 g Pork, belly, without bone, smoked
- 150 g leek
Method of cooking:
- Add 150 grams of washed, dried and chopped leek every 3 cm and 50 grams of shallot, peeled and cut into smaller pieces, into the bowl. Chop for 8 seconds at speed 10.
