Tortilla de patatas is a Spanish variety of omelette, a combination of potatoes, eggs, onion and garlic. A simple and quick way to make a delicious breakfast, it tastes delicious both hot and cold.

Ingredients:
- 1 g white pepper
- 150 g Onion, raw
- 16 g garlic
- 12 g salt
- 360 g chicken eggs, whole
- 150 g Oil, olive
- 500 g Potato, long stored
Method of cooking:
- Put a bowl on the lid of the bowl without a measuring cup and weigh out 500 grams of potatoes, peeled, washed and cut into cubes. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of salt, mix and set aside.
