Ingredients:

  • 1 g white pepper
  • 150 g Onion, raw
  • 16 g garlic
  • 12 g salt
  • 360 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 150 g Oil, olive
  • 500 g Potato, long stored

Method of cooking:

  1. Put a bowl on the lid of the bowl without a measuring cup and weigh out 500 grams of potatoes, peeled, washed and cut into cubes. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of salt, mix and set aside.
