Ingredients:
- 5 g lemon peel
- 8 g baking powder
- 100 g candied orange peel
- 10 g vanilla extract
- 100 g sugar
- 1 g salt
- 220 g butter
- 300 g chicken eggs, whole
- 40 g Walnuts
- 30 g Raisins, dried
- 60 g Plums without stones, dried
- 20 g almonds, sweet
- 80 g figs, dried
- 60 g Apricots, dried
- 50 g potato starch
- 230 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Add 40 grams of walnuts, 60 grams of dried apricots, 60 grams of dried plums, 80 grams of dried figs with the stems cut off, cut in half, 20 grams of almonds and the grated zest of 1/2 lemon. Close the bowl with a lid with a measuring cup.
