Ingredients:

  • 1 g white pepper
  • 150 g chorizo sausage
  • 150 g Onion, raw
  • 16 g garlic
  • 12 g salt
  • 360 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 150 g Oil, olive
  • 500 g Potato, long stored

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup and weigh in 500 grams of peeled, washed and diced potatoes. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of salt, mix, and set aside. In another bowl, weigh in 150 grams of diced chorizo sausage. Set aside.
