Ingredients:

  • 275 g ready-made puff pastry
  • 1 g chili flakes
  • 80 g parma ham
  • 3 g salt
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 300 g asparagus, raw
  • 100 g Cheese, Parmezan
  • 100 g Cheese, Cheddar, full-fat

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the bowl without a measuring cup and weigh 300 grams of washed and dried asparagus with the woody ends removed.
