Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 100 g cream 30 %
- 300 g steamed smoked bacon
- 300 g mozzarella
- 250 g pasta
- 170 g Onion, raw
- 20 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 500 g Cultivated mushroom, raw
- 250 g spinach
- 10 g clarified butter
Method of cooking:
- Cook 250 grams of penne pasta according to package instructions but reduce the cooking time by half. Rinse the pasta under cold water to stop cooking, then drain. Set aside.
