Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 100 g cream 30 %
  • 300 g steamed smoked bacon
  • 300 g mozzarella
  • 250 g pasta
  • 170 g Onion, raw
  • 20 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 500 g Cultivated mushroom, raw
  • 250 g spinach
  • 10 g clarified butter

Method of cooking:

  1. Cook 250 grams of penne pasta according to package instructions but reduce the cooking time by half. Rinse the pasta under cold water to stop cooking, then drain. Set aside.
