Baked White Sausage with Mustard-Horseradish Sauce
White sausage, gently baked in the oven, gets a crispy skin, while the inside retains the juiciness and aromatic flavor of the meat. The mustard-horseradish sauce, prepared from a combination of sharp horseradish spiciness and sweet-spicy mustard flavor, perfectly matches the delicacy of the sausage, adding intensity and distinctiveness to it.
