Ingredients:

  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 150 g buttercream
  • 1 g salt
  • 120 g butter
  • 180 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 50 g Walnuts
  • 20 g Cream, 18% fat
  • 50 g cranberry
  • 125 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Pour 500 grams of water into the bowl. Put the basket with 3 eggs into the bowl. Cook for 15 minutes at 140℃. Let the boiled eggs cool down in cold water. Wash and dry the bowl.
