Ingredients:
- 500 g mascarpone
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 150 g buttercream
- 1 g salt
- 120 g butter
- 180 g chicken eggs, whole
- 50 g Walnuts
- 20 g Cream, 18% fat
- 50 g cranberry
- 125 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Pour 500 grams of water into the bowl. Put the basket with 3 eggs into the bowl. Cook for 15 minutes at 140℃. Let the boiled eggs cool down in cold water. Wash and dry the bowl.
