Chimichurri is a sauce originating from Argentina, made with fresh herbs, garlic, chili and olive oil. It goes well with grilled dishes, fish, meat and seafood.

Ingredients:
- 12 g hot chili pepper
- 15 g coriander leaves
- 15 g lime juice
- 1 g chili flakes
- 8 g garlic
- 150 g Oil, olive
- 15 g parsley leaves
- 3 g Sea salt
- 6 g Oregano, fresh
Method of cooking:
- Place 2 peeled garlic cloves and 1 washed, dried and deseeded chilli pepper, cut into smaller pieces, into the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at speed 10.
