Chimichurri is a sauce originating from Argentina, made with fresh herbs, garlic, chili and olive oil. It goes well with grilled dishes, fish, meat and seafood.

Ingredients:

  • 12 g hot chili pepper
  • 15 g coriander leaves
  • 15 g lime juice
  • 1 g chili flakes
  • 8 g garlic
  • 150 g Oil, olive
  • 15 g parsley leaves
  • 3 g Sea salt
  • 6 g Oregano, fresh

Method of cooking:

  1. Place 2 peeled garlic cloves and 1 washed, dried and deseeded chilli pepper, cut into smaller pieces, into the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at speed 10.
