Ingredients:
- 150 g water
- 12 g garlic
- 12 g salt
- 315 g butter
- 350 g wheat flour, type 550
- 15 g parsley leaves
Method of cooking:
- Place the bowl on the lid without a measuring cup and weigh 350 grams of flour and 15 grams of butter. Set the weighed ingredients aside.
