Ingredients:

  • 150 g water
  • 12 g garlic
  • 12 g salt
  • 315 g butter
  • 350 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 15 g parsley leaves

Method of cooking:

  1. Place the bowl on the lid without a measuring cup and weigh 350 grams of flour and 15 grams of butter. Set the weighed ingredients aside.
