Ingredients:
- 150 g water
- 100 g mozzarella
- 50 g truffle oil
- 100 g gorgonzola
- 6 g salt
- 15 g butter
- 350 g wheat flour, type 550
- 100 g Cultivated mushroom, raw
Method of cooking:
