Ingredients:

  • 150 g water
  • 100 g mozzarella
  • 50 g truffle oil
  • 100 g gorgonzola
  • 6 g salt
  • 15 g butter
  • 350 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 100 g Cultivated mushroom, raw

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid without the measuring cup. Weigh 350 grams of flour and 15 grams of butter. Set the weighed ingredients aside.
