Ingredients:

  • 1000 g water
  • 30 g broth paste - CVR
  • 12 g hot chili pepper
  • 6 g coriander leaves
  • 20 g ginger root
  • 200 g basmati rice
  • 15 g lime juice
  • 2 g chili flakes
  • 150 g Squash-summer, raw
  • 12 g garlic
  • 3 g salt
  • 400 g Chicken, fillet, smoked
  • 50 g honey
  • 50 g Dark soy sauce

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on top of the mixing bowl lid without the measuring cup and weigh in 400 grams of lightly pounded chicken tenderloins. Set aside.
