Ingredients:
- 1000 g water
- 30 g broth paste - CVR
- 12 g hot chili pepper
- 6 g coriander leaves
- 20 g ginger root
- 200 g basmati rice
- 15 g lime juice
- 2 g chili flakes
- 150 g Squash-summer, raw
- 12 g garlic
- 3 g salt
- 400 g Chicken, fillet, smoked
- 50 g honey
- 50 g Dark soy sauce
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on top of the mixing bowl lid without the measuring cup and weigh in 400 grams of lightly pounded chicken tenderloins. Set aside.
