Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 100 g shallots
  • 50 g raw smoked bacon
  • 275 g ready-made puff pastry
  • 30 g butter
  • 240 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 180 g Cultivated mushroom, raw
  • 30 g Oil, olive
  • 6 g parsley leaves

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top-bottom heat). Add 100 grams of peeled and chopped shallots to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
