Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 100 g shallots
- 50 g raw smoked bacon
- 275 g ready-made puff pastry
- 30 g butter
- 240 g chicken eggs, whole
- 180 g Cultivated mushroom, raw
- 30 g Oil, olive
- 6 g parsley leaves
Method of cooking:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (top-bottom heat). Add 100 grams of peeled and chopped shallots to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
