Piccata is a traditional Italian dish, usually made with veal. In the United States, it’s also popular with chicken. The intense and aromatic sauce made with white wine, lemon juice and capers pairs perfectly with tender chicken.

Ingredients:

  • 2 g white pepper
  • 50 g capers
  • 150 g vegetable broth
  • 8 g salt
  • 150 g butter
  • 25 g lemon juice
  • 100 g white dry wine
  • 250 g Chicken, fillet, smoked
  • 50 g Oil, olive
  • 25 g parsley leaves

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without a measuring cup and weigh 250 grams of cleaned and diced (3 cm cubes) chicken breast in it. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of white pepper, mix, and set aside.
