  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 70 g shallots
  • 2 g baking powder
  • 100 g spelt flour
  • 200 g Cottage cheese
  • 8 g garlic
  • 3 g salt
  • 20 g Chives
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 130 g Cultivated mushroom, raw

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 2 peeled garlic cloves, 70 grams of shallots, and 20 grams of washed, dried, and chopped chives (3 cm pieces) to the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
