Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 70 g shallots
- 2 g baking powder
- 100 g spelt flour
- 200 g Cottage cheese
- 8 g garlic
- 3 g salt
- 20 g Chives
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 130 g Cultivated mushroom, raw
Method of cooking:
- Add 2 peeled garlic cloves, 70 grams of shallots, and 20 grams of washed, dried, and chopped chives (3 cm pieces) to the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
