Salsa verde is a general name for many types of sauces, primarily made from fresh herbs. This thick, refreshing blend of chopped herbs with aromatic capers, garlic, and olive oil is a perfect accompaniment to grilled, roasted, or steamed meat and fish dishes. It also works well as a salad dressing, dip, or sandwich spread.

Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 5 g fresh basil
  • 50 g capers
  • 12 g garlic
  • 1 g salt
  • 20 g Chives
  • 25 g lemon juice
  • 100 g Oil, olive
  • 25 g parsley leaves

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 3 peeled garlic cloves to the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Add 20 grams of chives (washed, dried, and cut into 3 cm pieces) and 5 tablespoons of fresh basil leaves.
