- 1200 g water
- 0.3 g ground black pepper
- 20 g arugula
- 100 g Cucumber
- 0.3 g salt
- 100 g chicken eggs, whole
- 10 g mustard
- 5 g Oil, olive
- 8 g honey
- 35 g rye brown bread
- 10 g Brazil nuts
Method of cooking:
- Prepare the dressing – mix 1 teaspoon of olive oil with 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of mustard, 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of pepper. Set aside.
