  • 1200 g water
  • 0.3 g ground black pepper
  • 20 g arugula
  • 100 g Cucumber
  • 0.3 g salt
  • 100 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 10 g mustard
  • 5 g Oil, olive
  • 8 g honey
  • 35 g rye brown bread
  • 10 g Brazil nuts

Method of cooking:

  1. Prepare the dressing – mix 1 teaspoon of olive oil with 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of mustard, 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of pepper. Set aside.
