- 1000 g water
- 2 g ground black pepper
- 1 g allspice
- 400 g beef stripe
- 60 g Onion, raw
- 100 g Carrot
- 3 g salt
- 100 g butter
- 200 g Wine, red
- 40 g leek
- 80 g Celeriac
- 100 g parsley root
Method of cooking:
- Open the mixing bowl. Add 100 grams of peeled parsley root cut into 2 cm pieces, 80 grams of peeled celery cut into 2 cm pieces, 100 grams of peeled carrot cut into 2 cm pieces, and 60 grams of peeled onion chopped into smaller pieces.
