Ingredients:
- 2 g ground black pepper
- 8 g granulated garlic
- 300 g Onion, raw
- 10 g garlic
- 15 g salt
- 500 g Cultivated mushroom, raw
- 250 g Cheese, Gouda, fat
- 900 g medium potatoes
- 1000 g Pork, loin, without bone, raw
- 50 g clarified butter
Method of cooking:
