  • 2 g ground black pepper
  • 8 g granulated garlic
  • 300 g Onion, raw
  • 10 g garlic
  • 15 g salt
  • 500 g Cultivated mushroom, raw
  • 250 g Cheese, Gouda, fat
  • 900 g medium potatoes
  • 1000 g Pork, loin, without bone, raw
  • 50 g clarified butter

Method of cooking:
