  • 100 g gorgonzola
  • 50 g Onion, raw
  • 10 g garlic
  • 12 g salt
  • 100 g leek
  • 400 g broccoli, green, raw
  • 50 g Celeriac
  • 100 g parsley root
  • 400 g processed cheese, Edam
  • 50 g clarified butter

Method of cooking:
