Ingredients:

  • 520 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 20 g arugula
  • 30 g Avocado
  • 100 g Cucumber
  • 5 g garlic
  • 1 g salt
  • 10 g lemon juice
  • 10 g Oil, olive
  • 120 g Salmon, raw
  • 30 g parsley leaves
  • 50 g whole wheat pasta

Method of cooking:

  1. Prepare the pesto. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 20 grams of spring water, 30 grams of chopped fresh parsley leaves (without stems), 30 grams of avocado, 1 garlic clove, 1 pinch of salt, and 1 pinch of pepper to the mixing bowl. Chop for 15 seconds at a speed of 12 rotations. Transfer the pesto to a small bowl and set aside.
