Ingredients:
- 520 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 20 g arugula
- 30 g Avocado
- 100 g Cucumber
- 5 g garlic
- 1 g salt
- 10 g lemon juice
- 10 g Oil, olive
- 120 g Salmon, raw
- 30 g parsley leaves
- 50 g whole wheat pasta
Method of cooking:
- Prepare the pesto. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 20 grams of spring water, 30 grams of chopped fresh parsley leaves (without stems), 30 grams of avocado, 1 garlic clove, 1 pinch of salt, and 1 pinch of pepper to the mixing bowl.
