Ingredients:

  • 1500 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 100 g cream 30 %
  • 1 g bay leaves
  • 60 g Onion, raw
  • 80 g Carrot
  • 12 g salt
  • 60 g leek
  • 30 g Dill
  • 50 g Celeriac
  • 80 g parsley root
  • 500 g medium potatoes

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on top of the mixing bowl lid. Reset the scale and weigh 500 grams of peeled potatoes cut into 1.5 cm cubes. Set the bowl aside.
