Ingredients:
- 1500 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 100 g cream 30 %
- 1 g bay leaves
- 60 g Onion, raw
- 80 g Carrot
- 12 g salt
- 60 g leek
- 30 g Dill
- 50 g Celeriac
- 80 g parsley root
- 500 g medium potatoes
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on top of the mixing bowl lid. Reset the scale and weigh 500 grams of peeled potatoes cut into 1.5 cm cubes. Set the bowl aside.
