Ingredients:

  • 800 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g allspice
  • 80 g broth paste - CVR
  • 1 g bay leaf
  • 2 g marjoram
  • 30 g sweet paprika
  • 10 g hot paprika powder
  • 500 g pork tenderloin
  • 200 g Onion, raw
  • 50 g Lard
  • 30 g garlic
  • 12 g salt
  • 180 g Pepper, red
  • 1 g cream, 12% fat
  • 180 g Potato, long stored
  • 15 g parsley leaves
  • 30 g tomato paste 30%, canned
  • 400 g canned tomatoes (sliced)
  • 6 g caraway seed

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup and weigh 500 grams of pork tenderloin in it. Cut it into 3 cm strips, put it in a bowl, and set aside.
