Tomato cream soup with pork polls and broccoli

Ingredients:
- 900 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 60 g broth paste - CVR
- 100 g cream 30 %
- 100 g mozzarella
- 60 g dried tomatoes
- 120 g Onion, raw
- 20 g garlic
- 120 g Carrot
- 6 g salt
- 600 g medium potatoes
- 400 g Pork, loin, without bone, raw
- 500 g tomato passata
- 80 g clarified butter
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl, reset the scale, and weigh 400 grams of pork loin. Divide it into 4 equal slices. Pound each slice thinly with a meat mallet. Season both sides of each slice with 2 pinches of salt and 1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper. Set aside.
