Ingredients:
- 500 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 10 g garlic
- 2 g salt
- 20 g lemon juice
- 100 g Pistachio nuts, dried
- 40 g mustard
- 350 g asparagus, raw
- 100 g Oil, olive
- 50 g honey
- 20 g Dill
- 200 g cheese, “Feta”
- 20 g parsley leaves
Method of cooking:
- Add 20 grams of parsley leaves (without stems) to the dry mixing bowl. Chop for 5 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Transfer the parsley to a small bowl and set aside.
