  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 10 g garlic
  • 2 g salt
  • 20 g lemon juice
  • 100 g Pistachio nuts, dried
  • 40 g mustard
  • 350 g asparagus, raw
  • 100 g Oil, olive
  • 50 g honey
  • 20 g Dill
  • 200 g cheese, “Feta”
  • 20 g parsley leaves

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 20 grams of parsley leaves (without stems) to the dry mixing bowl. Chop for 5 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Transfer the parsley to a small bowl and set aside.
