Ingredients:

  • 250 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g chili powder
  • 16 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 100 g butter
  • 180 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 230 g Wheat flour, type 500
  • 250 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 400 g spinach
  • 32 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 100 g Cheese, Cheddar, full-fat
  • 200 g Chicken, sausage “Delikatesowa”

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid and weigh 200 grams of diced sausage in it, fry with 1 tablespoon of oil, transfer carefully to the bowl, and set aside. In another bowl, weigh 100 grams of grated cheddar cheese and set aside.
