Ingredients:
- 250 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g chili powder
- 16 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 100 g butter
- 180 g chicken eggs, whole
- 230 g Wheat flour, type 500
- 250 g Milk, 2.0% fat
- 400 g spinach
- 32 g Oil, rapeseed
- 100 g Cheese, Cheddar, full-fat
- 200 g Chicken, sausage “Delikatesowa”
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid and weigh 200 grams of diced sausage in it, fry with 1 tablespoon of oil, transfer carefully to the bowl, and set aside. In another bowl, weigh 100 grams of grated cheddar cheese and set aside.
