Ingredients:
- 800 g water
- 12 g hot chili pepper
- 20 g coriander leaves
- 120 g soy sauce
- 150 g red onion
- 40 g ginger root
- 15 g lime juice
- 400 g Pineapple
- 12 g garlic
- 400 g Pepper, red
- 60 g honey
- 450 g tiger prawns
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid without the measuring cup and weigh 450 grams of raw, peeled and deveined shrimp in it. Weigh 400 grams of colorful bell peppers, seeded and cut into 3 cm cubes, into the bowl with the shrimp.
