Ingredients:

  • 80 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 12 g hot chili pepper
  • 100 g bulgur
  • 1 g hot paprika powder
  • 2 g sweet paprika
  • 3 g sugar
  • 12 g garlic
  • 9 g salt
  • 120 g Pepper, red
  • 150 g tmato
  • 25 g Oil, olive
  • 250 g Chicken, breast, without skin

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid without the measuring cup and weigh 250 grams of chicken breast divided into smaller fillets in it, season with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of hot paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika, rub into the meat, and put in the refrigerator.
