  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 6 g vinegar, balsamic
  • 80 g mozzarella
  • 20 g arugula
  • 1 g salt
  • 170 g tmato
  • 6 g Oil, olive
  • 10 g Brazil nuts

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid and weigh 80 grams of light mozzarella cheese cut into 0.5 cm slices in it. Set aside.
