Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 6 g vinegar, balsamic
- 80 g mozzarella
- 20 g arugula
- 1 g salt
- 170 g tmato
- 6 g Oil, olive
- 10 g Brazil nuts
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid and weigh 80 grams of light mozzarella cheese cut into 0.5 cm slices in it. Set aside.
