Ingredients:
- 30 g soy sauce
- 35 g shallots
- 10 g rice vinegar
- 400 g sweet potato
- 12 g garlic
- 1 g salt
- 10 g Oil, sesame
- 20 g Oil, olive
- 20 g Sesame seeds
- 20 g coconut sugar
- 320 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Place about 400 grams of sweet potato on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup. Cook the sweet potato in a pot for about 50 minutes. Once cooked, peel, cut into smaller pieces, and allow to cool. Add the sweet potato to the mixing bowl. Mix for 10 seconds at a speed of 8 reverse rotations.
