Ingredients:

  • 30 g soy sauce
  • 35 g shallots
  • 10 g rice vinegar
  • 400 g sweet potato
  • 12 g garlic
  • 1 g salt
  • 10 g Oil, sesame
  • 20 g Oil, olive
  • 20 g Sesame seeds
  • 20 g coconut sugar
  • 320 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Place about 400 grams of sweet potato on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup. Cook the sweet potato in a pot for about 50 minutes. Once cooked, peel, cut into smaller pieces, and allow to cool. Add the sweet potato to the mixing bowl. Mix for 10 seconds at a speed of 8 reverse rotations.
