- 130 g Onion, raw
- 12 g garlic
- 7 g salt
- 30 g butter
- 150 g Cream, 18% fat
- 150 g leek
- 10 g mustard
- 20 g Oil, olive
- 270 g medium potatoes
- 50 g Cheese spread natural
Method of cooking:
- Add 130 grams of peeled onion (cut into quarters), 3 garlic cloves, and 150 grams of peeled leek (cut into 1 cm strips) to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
