Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 30 g pomegranate
- 1 g salt
- 20 g Pistachio nuts, dried
- 250 g Yoghurt, 2% fat
- 150 g beetroot, raw
- 25 g Oil, olive
- 35 g honey
- 300 g cheese, “Feta”
Method of cooking:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C with convection. Place an ovenproof dish on the mixing bowl lid without the measuring cup and weigh 150 grams of peeled beetroots cut into batons in it. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of pepper, and 1 tablespoon of honey to the beetroots, mix thoroughly. Cover the ovenproof dish with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the fried pistachios.
