Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 10 g soy sauce
- 8 g ginger root
- 8 g sweet paprika
- 10 g chili flakes
- 100 g Onion, raw
- 8 g garlic
- 500 g Carrot
- 1 g salt
- 20 g honey
- 80 g Oil, rapeseed
- 20 g Sesame seeds
- 10 g apple cider vinegar
- 10 g chili paste
Method of cooking:
- Add 500 grams of peeled carrot cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Blend for 40 seconds at a speed of 8 rotations. Transfer the contents of the mixing bowl to a bowl and set aside. Wash and dry the bowl.
