- 240 g chicken eggs, whole
- 12 g Oil, olive
- 1 g parsley leaves
Method of cooking:
- Add 1800 grams of water to the bowl and insert the basket. In the next step, you will boil the water. Meanwhile, prepare 4 pieces of cling film with dimensions of 30x30 cm, place them in small bowls, add 1 teaspoon of olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper, and 2 parsley leaves to each, then crack an egg in. Tie each pouch tightly into a knot. Boil the water for 12 minutes at 140°C.
