Ingredients:
- 80 g water
- 90 g sugar, brown
- 100 g soy sauce
- 20 g ginger root
- 6 g rice vinegar
- 15 g agave syrup
- 8 g garlic
- 10 g Oil, sesame
- 15 g corn starch
Method of cooking:
- Add 2 peeled garlic cloves and 20 grams of ginger, peeled and cut into smaller pieces. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
