Ingredients:

  • 80 g water
  • 90 g sugar, brown
  • 100 g soy sauce
  • 20 g ginger root
  • 6 g rice vinegar
  • 15 g agave syrup
  • 8 g garlic
  • 10 g Oil, sesame
  • 15 g corn starch

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 2 peeled garlic cloves and 20 grams of ginger, peeled and cut into smaller pieces. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
